  4. En otro sartén chico de 15 cm, calentamos un fondo de aceite de oliva muy delgado, sobre el cual freiremos lo huevos, con la yema al gusto de los comensales, agregaremos sal y pimienta al gusto.
  5. Los chorizos lo hacemos a la parrilla a fuego medio suave, para que suelten su grasa y se doren sobre la misma. Una vez tenemos todo, cortamos las tiras de queso fresco y servimos, esto se come todo caliente, acompañamos con jugo de piña y café caliente.
