- Para la masa:
Colocar la harina leudante, la sal y la manteca fría en un bowl y hacer un arenado. Evitar darle calor a la manteca para que no se derrita. Incorporamos los 2 huevos.
Luego agregar de a poco el agua. Mezclar sin amasar mucho. Poner en un film y reservar en la heladera - Para el relleno: lavar bien los puerros y cortarlos en juliana o rodajitas. Lo mismo con la cebolla.
En una sartén poner aceite y comenzar a cocinar sin que se queme. - Una vez logrado el punto que queremos (a mi me gusta bien cocido y un poquito dorado), lo colocamos en un colador para sacar el exceso de aceite.
- Por otro lado colocamos la muzzarella cortada en cubitos, los 2 huevos, las 3 cucharadas de queso crema, sal, pimienta y una vez que esté frío el puerro, también lo ponemos y mezclamos.
- Sacamos la masa de la heladera y prendemos el horno a 200 grados.
No hace falta enmantecar la fuente ya que tiene mucha manteca.
La vamos estirando en la misma fuente con las manos dejando un borde - Luego vertemos la preparación sobre la masa de tarta y al horno unos 20 minutos... aunque eso depende de cuánto calienta tu horno.
- Después de cocinarla hay que esperar unos minutos antes de servir así no se rompe la masa, no se cae el queso y no nos quemamos la lengua. 😜
