  3. Tendrá que cocer unos 30 minutos aproximadamente, aunque algunas lentejas, deberán cocer un poquito más.
  4. Incorporaremos la patata, previamente pelada y lavada, en trozos. Del mismo modo, la zanahoria también.
  5. Deberá cocer otros 20-25 minutos, y a la mitad de ese tiempo, incorporar el chorizo. Comprobaremos de vez en cuando la dureza de la patata.
  6. Por último, en una sartén con las 2 cucharadas de aceite, realizaremos el sofrito con la otra mitad de la cebolla y los ajos. Picaremos todo finamente.
  7. Incorporaremos el pimentón, sin dejar de remover, y el tomate.
  8. Transcurridos 5 minutos, lo echaremos junto a las lentejas y mezclamos todo bien.
  9. Unas buenas guindillas piparras... y listo!!!
