- Llevamos las ciruelas a un procesador de alimentos, pica todo o licuadora, con un poco de agua de la cocción y procesamos bien, tendremos una especie de mermelada.
- Rellenamos nuestra masa y colocamos las tiras restantes de la masa, formamos un tejido o forma de canastas, pegamos bien de las orillas de la masa base.
- Llevamos al horno por 30 minutos a 250° C o hasta que veamos la masa doradita... Se pueden comer calientitas o frias.
