  4. Removemos un poco la mezcla para que la gelatina se disuelva por completo.
    Echamos la mezcla en los moldes que hayamos elegido (puede ser uno grande o 4 individuales).
  5. Esperaremos a que se enfríen a temperatura ambiente y después los introduciremos en la nevera durante 4-5 horas para que se cuajen bien. Ese es el tiempo mínimo pero yo las preparé el día 24 para tomar de postre el día 25, es decir, estuvieron 12 horas en la nevera y se desmoldaron perfectamente.
  6. Podemos tomarla fría recién sacada de la nevera o bien sacarla 30 minutos antes para que esté a temperatura ambiente, además así resulta un poco más aromática y sabrosa.
    Además podemos mantenerla en la nevera 3-4 días sin problemas siempre y cuando tapemos con papel film o pongamos los moldes dentro de otro recipiente cerrado para que no coja otros olores.
  7. Podemos comerla tal cual, sin nada más está riquísima, o bien servirla con miel, con chocolate derretido o como yo en este caso, con un poco de mermelada de fresa casera que compartí hace unos días.
