  2. 2 tazas Arroz Basmati
  3. 3 1/2 agua
  4. al gusto Sal
  5. 2 cdas aceite

  7. Para el Pollo al curry:
  8. 3 pechugas de pollo grandes cortadas en pedazos
  9. 1 cdita sal
  10. 1/2 taza aceite para freír
  11. 1 cebolla grande picadita
  12. 1 cda ajo machacado
  13. 1 1/2 cdita jengibre en polvo o natural
  14. 1 cda curry en polvo
  15. 1 cdita comino
  16. 1 cdita cúrcuma o turmeric
  17. 1 cdita coriander (cilantro en polvo)
  18. 1 cdita pimienta de cayena
  19. 1 cda agua
  20. 1 lata tomates triturados (15 oz)
  21. 1 taza yogurt plain
  22. 1 cda cilantro fresco picadito
  23. 1 cdita sal
  24. 1/2 taza agua
  25. 1 cdita garam masala (si no la encuentras ver mi recetario)
  26. 1 cda cilantro
  27. 1 cda del jugo de un limón

  1. Echale 1 cdita de sal a las pechugas ya picadas. Y las pones a freír en fuego alto con la 1/2 taza de aceite hasta que estén doradas. No las cocines por completo aún
  2. Yo las cociné fileteadas pero luego las piqué en pedazos para que se cocinaran más rápido. Cuando estén doradas sácalas y las pones en un plato
  3. Bajas el fuego a mediano alto. Y añades la cebolla picadita, el ajo, el jengibre, y cocinas como por 8 minutos. Añade el curry, comino, cúrcuma (turmeric), coriander y pimienta cayena (cayenne pepper) y la cucharada de agua. Muévelo todo y cocina por 1 minuto
  4. Ahora añades la taza de yogurt, la lata de tomates triturados, 1 cda de cilantro picado y 1 cdita de sal
  5. Regresa el pollo al sartén con los jugos que quedaron en el plato. Añade 1/2 taza de agua y espera a que hierva y ve virando los pollos para que se llenen de la salsa
  6. Échale 1 cdita de garam masala (Yo no encontré garam masala, así que yo misma lo hice. Pondré la receta en mi pagina) arriba del pollo y 1 cda de cilantro picado
  7. Cúbrelo con una tapa y déjalo cocinar como por unos 20 minutos o hasta que el pollo esté listo
  8. Antes de servir añades una cda de jugo de limón
  9. Listo 🙅🏻‍♀️
