  6. Colocar la mezcla de condimentos con la berenjena y dejar unos 15 min para que tome sabor, mezclar para que se distribuya bien.
  7. Colocar en un frasco estirilizado un poco de berenjena y una capota de aceite y aplastar con la cuchara para que se arme una capita y continuar así colocando berenjena y aceite y entre medio de cada capa o intercalando agregar una hoja de Laurel.
  8. Guardar en la heladera y cuantas más horas pase conservada más sabor agarra.
