- Echamos la guarnición en una bandeja de horno profunda y añadimos el zumo de limón y 1 vaso de vino blanco. Tapamos con papel de aluminio.
- Metemos al horno con calor arriba y abajo y con ventilador 35 min a 200°. Tiempo aproximado, vigilar a partir de 25 min el punto de cocción. No deben quedar totalmente hechas, pero casi.
- Una vez acabe de semi-cocinarse, colocamos el conejo, aliñado como la guarnición, encima de la verdura.(yo le pedí al carnicero que lo partiera en 4 porque así no nos arriesgamos a que se cocine demasiado rápido, los trozos pequeños pueden quedar duros). Echamos el otro vaso de vino blanco
- Lo metemos al horno a 180° unos 10-15 min arriba y abajo con ventilador. Los últimos 3-4 min puedes ponerlo a 210° calor sólo arriba para tostarlo si te gusta, pero ojo que se puede quedar duro con facilidad.
- Aquí os muestro una ración más tostadita y otra no...están muy buenas las 2.
