  3. Cuando destapamos los fideos se habrán terminado de hidratar y de cocer y de esta forma tendremos una pasta deliciosa. Ahhh me olvidé de decirles que cuándo apagué el fuego le agregué una cucharadita de pimentón, sal pimienta y una pizca de laurel molido.
  4. Obviamente cuando emplatamos le agregamos queso rallado a gusto y a mojar el pancito se ha dicho!!
