  7. Cuando tengamos las patatas casi listas vamos a poner el pescado encima y le ponemos un chorrito de aceite de oliva, dejamos en el horno hasta que esté listo unos 15 min
  8. Mientras preparamos la salsa, ponemos en un bol mostaza, aceite de oliva, un poquito de vinagre y miel y mezclamos muy bien hasta obtener una salsa consistente
  9. Cuando esté listo nuestro pescado apagamos el horno y lo sacamos
  10. Por último le ponemos la salsita por encima y servimos
