  2. Echamos todos los ingredientes (salvo la mantequilla que es sólo para engrasar) y trituramos todo bien con la batidora. Vertemos la mezcla en los moldes que vayamos a usar. Cubrimos con papel albal los moldes y los colocamos en un recipiente apto para horno y echamos agua hasta cubrir la mitad de los moldes.
  3. Llevamos al horno y dejamos que se hagan durante 30-35 minutos, hasta que al pinchar con un palillo salga limpio. Sacamos del horno y dejamos templar a temperatura ambiente, no retiramos el papel albal. Posteriormente los llevamos a la nevera y dejamos reposar hasta el momento de servir.
  4. Ya tenemos nuestros flanes listos, sólo queda desmoldar y comer!! Los podéis acompañar con mayonesa, salsa rosa, alioli,... Este flan de gambas si lo untáis en un poquito de pan tostado o en unos biscottes y le ponéis por encima un poquito de la salsa que hayáis escogido es una delicia. Espero que os guste!!!
